The Castrum thermal spa, campsite and guest house is located 6 km from the M7 highway, in an unspoiled, wooded paradise by a small stream. The indoor thermal pool is supplied with thermal water from the 4-star campsite’s own thermal well. The 36°C water of the small pool offers a variety of experiences (air massage, whirlpool, etc.) that make the bathing experience even more enjoyable. The large pool is cooled down to approx. 28°C and serves as a swimming pool. The shower cubicles are equipped with changing cubicles and doors, but there are also separate washbasins. At the entrance to the Castrum-Therme, a top-class family wellness guesthouse with 13 rooms and 2 apartments has been built. The perfect relaxation is completed by additional services: breakfast buffet, sauna, massage, WIFI, lounge. The 1000 m2 floor-heated thermal pool with a Mediterranean atmosphere has a total area of 500 m2: The thermal pool has 34-36 Co and various experience elements (whirlpool, large shower, etc.) that make the bathing experience even more enjoyable. The large pool has a water volume of approx. 26 Co and serves as a swimming pool. The renovated, floor-to-ceiling tiled bathrooms have shower cubicles with changing cubicles and doors, as well as individual washbasins. The bathrooms have a separate room for the disabled. The romantic rooms have a double bed, TV, telephone, fridge, shower and WC. Both apartments are equipped with a kitchenette. A corridor connects the wellness center with the thermal bath. The perfect relaxation is completed by additional services: restaurant, sauna, massage, fitness room, recreation room, darts, boccia, badminton, sandpit, wine tasting, fireplace, sightseeing with DOTTO. The unique bird life of the neighboring Kis-Balaton can be visited unaccompanied and without a permit on the island of Kányavári, and the 15-station nature trail can be visited. A special experience for visitors is the buffalo reserve, where you can buy local food and handicraft products.
